In order for us to provide you the most effective and tailored career counseling, we ask that you please follow the directions below to complete a brief survey about your interests and needs. We know that information about a potential career move is sensitive, so we promise to treat this with care. Under no circumstance will we communicate information about this to your current employer or to others outside the office (without speaking with you first). We may consult among ourselves in an effort to identify opportunities and come up with the best advice.

Directions:

  1. Log-in to Symplicity
    • If you do not remember your log-in and password information, please email Lynn Stiteler (@email). Members of the Class of 2009 and later can use their student log-in and password.
  2. Once logged in, click the circle with your initials (or photo) at the top right of the screen and select SURVEYS from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click RESPOND on the “Alumni Career Transition Survey.”
  4. After submitting the survey, please upload your most recent resume by clicking on the DOCUMENTS tab and adding a new document.

You will be contacted by one of our offices as soon as we are able to review your request and assign a counselor. This will normally be within a few days.  If the matter is urgent, then please call the office as soon as you complete the survey and we will expedite the process.
