Master of Laws (LL.M.) Program
In a typical year, several dozen students, all holders of the academic degree regarded as their country’s first professional degree in law (equivalent to the J.D.), are admitted to the one-year program leading to the LL.M. degree. Virtually all members of the LL.M. class are from abroad. LL.M. students take classes alongside J.D. students and are fully integrated into the Law School community. The LL.M. class of 2005 included students from Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, Germany, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Palestine, Peru, Poland, Russia, Switzerland, and Turkey. More
