Modern, upscale Japanese dining and a faculty favorite. Sample menu items include premium wagyu beef, varied kushiyaki skewers, blue fin tuna otoro, vegetable tempura, North American lobster with miso butter, pork bara, and chicken tatsuta. The bar menu features an extensive list of proprietary Sake. Ten also features an extensive wine list, and specialty cocktails using unique ingredients such as the "Ten" which is comprised of sake, vodka, aloe juice, and sweet Japanese plums called momokochan. There is outdoor seating on the downtown mall when the weather is nice.
