Chandler's Ice Cream

Take-out soft-serve, milkshakes, banana splits. Try the chocolate-dipped cone.

Known mostly for its homemade ice cream, but also has diner food and cakes. No credit cards.

The Flat: Takeaway Creperie

Features sweet and savory crepes. This is a walk-up restaurant with no indoor seating.

Kirt's Homemade Ice Cream

Ice cream, ice cream cakes and ice cream cupcakes. Made in store.

Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt Student Favorite
219 West Main St. (on the Downtown Mall)

A serve-yourself frozen yogurt bar featuring many yogurt flavors, and dozens of cereal, fruit, candy and other toppings. Pay by the weight. Lines can look long, but move very quickly. Another Sweet Frog is set to open in Barracks North shopping center.
