Kay
Slaughter
Kay Slaughter is a senior attorney at the Southern Environmental
Law Center, a former mayor of Charlottesville and a member
of the State Water Control Board. She is a graduate of the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University
of Virginia School of Law. Most of her work has been in
protection of water quality and wetlands in Virginia.
