Law School "Ships" Clerkships Blog to Students

The Law School’s Career Services Office has launched a blog for students focusing on getting a clerkship.

Managed by Ruth Payne, the Law School’s director of career services for clerkships and programs, The ’Shipping News is located at http://uvalaw.typepad.com/shippingnews.

“We launched this blog as a means of communicating with the students in a more dynamic way,” said Payne. “We often have information to convey that is time-sensitive or of a more transient nature, and this seemed like a great way to make that information available.”

The blog will feature tips on searching for judicial internships and clerkships, information on choosing an appropriate type of opportunities to apply for, relevant articles and other clerkship information.
