Alcohol Approval Request and Permit

Although the form says that it should be submitted at least one week prior to the proposed event, University regulations state that approval must be given at least one week prior to the event, in writing, by the Office of the University’s Vice President for Student Affairs. Requests should be submitted to Dean Ballenger with ample time for questions and/or requested modifications and processing.

The request form should be submitted to Dean Ballenger in the Law School’s Office of Student Affairs.

Dean Ballenger will review the request and forward it to the University’s Vice President for Student Affairs. Further communication will be from that office.
