PILA Grant Job Locations, Summer 2013

The student-administered Public Interest Law Association summer fellowship program provides grants to law students who accept low-paying or unpaid public service internships. Fellowships are funded by voluntary contributions and the Law School Foundation. First-year fellowships are $3,500 and second-year fellowships are $6,000. PILA gave a record amount, more than $484,000, to a record 109 grant recipients in 2013.
