 
| George Triantis Eli Goldston Professor of Law, Harvard Law School J.S.D., Stanford Law School, 1989 LL.M., University of Virginia School of Law, 1986 LL.B., University of Toronto, 1983 B.A., University of Toronto, 1980 George Triantis is the Eli Goldston Professor at Harvard Law School, and was previously the Perre Bowen Professor of Law at the University of Virginia and the Seymour Logan Professor at the University of Chicago. He teaches contracts, commercial law and bankruptcy, and has published broadly in these areas. His current projects concern the techniques and process of innovative contracting, with particular focus on the link between contract design and litigation. His past extracurricular academic activities include service as co-editor of the Journal of Law & Economics (2000-04) and on the board of directors of the American Law and Economics Association (2004-07). | |
