He teaches contracts, commercial law and bankruptcy, and has published broadly in these areas. His current projects concern the techniques and process of innovative contracting, with particular focus on the link between contract design and litigation. His past extracurricular academic activities include service as co-editor of the Journal of Law & Economics (2000-04) and on the board of directors of the American Law and Economics Association (2004-07). | |
