Tara Boyd is a founding partner of Boyd & Sipe, a Virginia law firm focused on commercial real estate transactions and zoning matters. She has co-taught the Nonprofit Clinic since 2009, and originally became interested in nonprofits through her work forming community associations for condominiums and planned communities.
