    Andrew Guzman

      Prior to joining the Boalt faculty, Andrew Guzman was a visiting assistant professor at the University of Chicago Law School and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Juan R. Torruella, Chief Judge of the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1996 and was commentaries editor of the Harvard Law Review. He received a doctorate in economics from Harvard University the same year.

      Guzman's research interests focus on international trade and international law (private and public). He teaches courses on contracts, international trade, and international business, among other subjects. He will teach International Trade Law at the Law School during Spring 2005.
