Marie Goré

A professor of law at the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2), Marie Goré will teach the short course French Public and Private Law at the Law School in spring 2007. She earned her doctorate in law in Paris in 1990 and is the author of The Administration of International Estates in Private International Law. She has taught at the law schools of the University of Rouen and the University of Rene Descartes. Her specialties are contracts, estates, private international law, and comparative law, especially the law of the United States and the United Kingdom. Fluent in English, she also studied Italian and Chinese.
