Course Description:

NOTE: This seminar is a requirement for all third-year Law & Public Service Program Fellows. The seminar is graded on a pass/fail basis; students earn one credit in the spring semester upon successful completion of the seminar.

This seminar is intended to allow Fellows in the Law & Public Service Program to share research and writing on public-interest topics. As part of the Law & Public Service Program, each Fellow is required to complete a substantial paper (twenty-pages or more) on a relevant topic. However, the paper need not be written for this seminar. To the contrary, the paper typically will be completed for credit in another course or as part of an independent study. This seminar is intended to serve only as an opportunity for the Fellows to share their papers (and their public-interest experiences).

The seminar will meet on five mutually convenient evenings over the course of the academic year.
