Course Description:

This short course meets Monday-Thursday, 4:00-5:30 p.m., March 18-28.

A survey of three infamous innocence cases - Troy Davis, Damien Echols and Marty Tankleff - to consider why the result in each case turned out so differently: Davis was executed, Echols was freed after an Alford plea, while Tankleff was exonerated completely.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: Attendance at all class sessions is required. Enrolled students who do not attend the first class session will be dropped. Students seeking to enroll in this short course must attend the first class session.
