Course Description:

SPECIAL NOTES REGARDING SESSION DATES/TIMES/ROOM: None

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course will focus upon the principal federal statutes prohibiting discrimination in employment on the basis of race or sex, especially Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. It will also examine the federal constitutional law of racial and sexual discrimination, primarily as it affects judicial interpretation of the preceding statutes.

Course Requirement:Flex examination at end of the semester.
