Course Description:

An introduction to the economic approach to law. The course will familiarize students with the elements of economics most helpful in legal analysis, and will explore the basic elements of several substantive areas of law, such as property, torts, contracts, and criminal law from an economic perspective. No previous knowledge of economics is presumed or required.
