Course Description:

This course deals with domestic and international legal regimes that affect or regulate transnational business transactions. Topics to be discussed include: institutional relationships; finance and capital markets; the regulation of technology transfer and international investment; anticorruption regimes.

NOTE: Laptops are not allowed during class sessions.
