Course Description:

The course explores topics in professional and amateur sports. It is a CaseFile course. Each day, we will consider a different CaseFile (a fact pattern and legal precedents). The final examination will be a CaseFile for analysis. Class attendance is required. Class participation is rewarded. No knowledge of sports is required.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: Attendance at all class sessions is required. Enrolled students who do not attend the first class session will be dropped. Students seeking to enroll in this course must attend the first class session.
