Xinh (pronounced "Sing") joined the Law School in 1996 as librarian for international, foreign and comparative law. She teaches International/Foreign Legal Research and Graduate (LL.M.) Legal Research, Reasoning and Writing. She also serves on the Graduate Committee and on the Board of the International Association of Law Libraries. Before coming to Virginia, she was a patent attorney and a petroleum engineer in Colorado.
