Jack Esterhay is a private equity professional at Quad-C Management, where he focuses on portfolio company operations in business services, consumer, general industrial, healthcare, specialty distribution and logistics.

Previously, Esterhay was an executive director at JPMorgan Chase, where he led company strategy, operational improvement, and corporate development initiatives.

Prior to joining JPMorgan, Esterhay was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he served clients on strategy, sales, operations and finance matters.

Esterhay also previously worked at Alston & Bird LLP and at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. He is a lecturer on business subjects for American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education and other executive education programs.

Esterhay has an A.B. from Harvard University, a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of the Virginia Law & Business Review.

Prior to attending law school, Esterhay was a commissioned officer in the United States Navy. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
