Recruiting Virginia Law Students and Alumni
We use Symplicity to manage recruiting programs for current students. To access Symplicity, go to the Symplicity Web site and enter your user name and password. If you do not have a password, please click the “Forgot my Password” tab, and one will be e-mailed to you. If you are not registered through our system, please click on the “Registration” tab and complete the requested information.

On-Grounds Recruiting, Fall 2011
Our 2011 Early Interview On-Grounds (OGI) Program will take place from Aug. 16–Sept. 2, 2011. We will have a Fall OGI Program in late September as well.
- Important Dates for EIP
Employer registration: Monday, March 21–Friday, May 16, 2011
OGI dates confirmed on or before Friday, May 13, 2011
Students finalize bid lists Sunday, June 17, 2011
Employers generate student resume packets Monday, July 18, 2011
Employers select students and alternates by Wednesday, July 27, 2011
Schedules available online to employers by Monday, August 8, 2011
- Less than 20 attorneys and public sector: no charge
- 21-99 attorneys: $400 first schedule, $200 additional schedules
- 100-250 attorneys: $700 first schedule, $500 additional schedules
- 251+ attorneys: $800 first schedule, $500 additional schedules
- Registration Fees
Registration fees are the same as in 2010-11, and are as follows:
A $150 non-refundable registration fee will be applied to each employer.
