Recruiting Virginia Law Students and Alumni
We use Symplicity to manage recruiting programs for current students. To access Symplicity, go to the Symplicity Web site and enter your user name and password. If you do not have a password, please click the “Forgot my Password” tab, and one will be e-mailed to you. If you are not registered through our system, please click on the “Registration” tab and complete the requested information.
Note that Symplicity is only used for current students. To post positions for Virginia Law alumni, please complete this form.

On-Grounds Recruiting, Fall 2009
Our 2009 Early Interview On-Grounds Interview (OGI) Program will take place from Aug. 12-25. We will have a Fall OGI Program in late September as well.
- A waitlist will be provided at check-in on the morning of your interview

Employer registration: Monday, March 16 – Friday, April 3, 2009
OGI dates confirmed on or before May 15, 2009
Students finalize bid lists Thursday, July 9, 2009
Employers generate student resume packets Friday, July 10, 2009
Employers select students and alternates before Wednesday, July 22, 2009
Schedules available online to employers Monday, August 10, 2009
- Less than 20 attorneys and public sector: no charge
- 21-99 attorneys: $400 first schedule, $200 additional schedules
- 100-250 attorneys: $700 first schedule, $500 additional schedules
- 251+ attorneys: $800 first schedule, $500 additional schedules
- Registration Fees
Registration fees are the same as in 2008-09, and are as follows:
A $150 non-refundable registration fee will be applied to each employer.
