CONGRESS I EXECUTIVE BRANCH I JUDICIAL BRANCH
The Morris Law Library is a selective depository for U.S. government information in all formats—paper, microfiche, microfilm, and electronic. Collections include materials from the Congress, the President and Executive Branch (including independent agencies), and the Judicial Branch. A strong focus of the collections is Congressional publications, laws, and legislative histories. Physical collections are located on the 2nd floor of the Library. Documents may be checked out from the Library's Circulation Desk.
CONGRESS
Indexes congressional materials, including hearings, reports, documents, bills, and laws. Provides information on members and committees. Inside Washington section provides The Hill, Washington Post, and Roll Call articles. CIS Index and Historical Indexes are excellent sources for legislative history research. Historical Full Text contains about more than 180,000 Serial Set documents from 1817 to 1910, searchable by keyword, subject, document number, or bill number.

THOMAS: Legislative Information on the Internet
Bill status information as well as bill & law texts. Provides bill status information back to 1973. Links to full text documents provided by GPO Access.
