Prerequisites: (Hallmarks of Distinguished Advocacy (9053) OR Oral Presentations Outside the Courtroom (SC) (7626) OR Oral Presentations Outside The Courtroom (9185) OR Rhetoric Seminar (9031) OR Persuasion (SC) (7692) OR Trial Advocacy (9081) OR Trial Advocacy College (SC) (7637)) Because the credits in this course count toward the JD Program Professional Skills requirement, JD candidates will be given enrollment priority for this class. LLM Students with real-world experience interested in the course should request a prerequisite waiver with the instructor. Concurrencies: None

Course Notes: Students will be required to make several oral presentations. Attendance at all class sessions is expected.
