Course Description

This short course will examine the legal and economic framework in which we provide medical care in the United States. How does that heavily-regulated market work? Does it deliver high-quality care effectively, ethically, and economically? Can it? How is that market regulated, and by whom? What are the prospects for improvement?

Description: A Flex exam will be required.. The exam will be available for check-out from the Student Records Office (SRO) to be taken at the Law School during business hours from November 1-12, 2024. Please note that Election Day is not a business day for the Law School.
