Course Description

This course is a survey of the common law and constitutional dimensions of defamation law.

Description:

A take home examination will be distributed on the last day of the course in a sealed envelope. Students will be on their honor to draft their answers during the stated time upon opening the envelope, and to upload their answer document to EXPO within 10 minutes thereafter. The deadline to upload an answer document to EXPO is 4:30 pm (EST) two weeks after the last day of class.
