Course Description

An examination of the numerous and increasingly sophisticated ways in which science and scientific evidence impacts the legal system and how scientifically unsophisticated judges try to deal with it.

Description:

Students will be given a take-home exam in a sealed envelope on the last day of class. Students will be on their honor to take the exam in the stated amount of time upon opening the envelope and uploading their answer(s) to EXPO by the deadline. In accordance with Academic Policy the deadline will be no later than noon two weeks after the last class session.
