Course Description

This course is designed to provide students with a practical perspective on the governance and management of global law firms and how the structure of firms manifests itself in the culture of a firm.

Written Work Product: Students will be required to submit two papers, each 3-4 pages in length, via EXPO. The deadline for the papers will be announced by the Professor during the course, but it will not be later than May 10th at noon.
