This is the second semester in a seminar intended to allow Fellows in the Law & Public Service Program to share research and writing on public-interest topics. See Fall course description for details.

Course Notes: The seminar will meet on five mutually convenient evenings over the course of the academic year (see fall course description for details). This seminar is a requirement for all third-year Law & Public Service Program Fellows. The seminar is graded on a pass/fail basis; students earn one credit in the spring semester upon successful completion of the seminar.

*If “Yes,” then students are required to submit a substantial research paper in this course, which means students do not need to submit any form to SRO for this paper to meet their upper-level writing requirement. If “No,” then students must submit a “special request” e-form to SRO (available via LawWeb) no later than five weeks after the start of the term for a paper in this class to be counted toward the upper-level writing requirement.
