This is the second half of a yearlong seminar exploring important current topics and issues in international human rights law. See fall course details for more information

Written Work Product: Students are expected to submit a 2-3 page essay that responds to the assigned readings for 10 out of the 13 sessions. Instructors will provide guiding questions for each response paper. The final grade will consist of the grade for the different essays (75%) and class participation (25%).
