Course Description

The class will act as the management committee of a law firm with the discussion revolving around strategic decisions facing firms in today’s highly competitive environment. The goal is to give students a practical perspective on the management of law firms to give insight into how to succeed in the law firm environment.

Written Work Product
Written Work Product: Students will be required to submit two papers, each 3-4 pages in length, via EXPO. The deadline for the papers will be announced by the Professor during the course, but it will not be later than last day of exam period at noon.
