Course Description

While many courses address the legal aspects of particular corporate law topics, this course will focus on thinking strategically to address business planning issues of start-ups or closely held companies. Strategic decisions will include choice of entity and change in entity as growth continues, raising debt/equity capital, and corporate growth opportunities. The objective of this course it to make you a trusted advisor in counseling your clients through the strategic legal and business issues.
