Course Description
The workshop provides a unique opportunity for students to engage with peers, faculty and outside speakers, exchange ideas, and witness, participate in, and contribute to legal scholarship. For some class sessions, a leading scholar will present a current legal research paper in the area of law & technology. During some of the other weeks during the semester, there will be a regular class session without a guest speaker. The class will meet a total of nine times.
