Course Description
The class will act as the management committee of a law firm with the discussion revolving around strategic decisions facing firms in today’s highly competitive environment. The goal is to give students a practical perspective on the management of law firms to give insight into how to succeed in the law firm environment.

Written Work Product: Students will be required to submit two papers, each 3-4 pages in length, directly to the instructor (not via EXPO). The deadline for the papers will be announced by the Professor during the course.
