Course Description
This course will provide an overview of the issues most frequently encountered by real estate practitioners. The course will cover both residential and commercial transactions as well as related litigation. The goal is for students to leave the course with the confidence to handle real estate matters in their future practice. This is a professional skills course and there will be a mix of lectures, case discussion, individual drafting assignments, and small group assignments.
