Donald Burke

Donald Burke is a trial and appellate litigator at Robbins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner & Sauber. He has represented companies and individuals in civil and criminal cases throughout the country, as well as in investigations by the Department of Justice and other federal agencies. Burke has briefed cases for parties and amici curiae in federal and state appellate courts, and in the Supreme Court of the United States. Burke has also represented corporate and individual clients in proceedings before the suspension and debarment authorities of various federal agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of the Navy.
Burke joined the firm in 2010, after serving as a law clerk to Judge Raymond M. Kethledge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. From 2011 to 2012, he served as a law clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
