David Irvine practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and professional liability at the firm Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen in Charlottesville.
He is a member of the board of governors of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, where he served as chair of the Young Trial Lawyers Section from 2014-15. Locally, Irvine serves on the board of directors for the Charlottesville-Albemarle Bar Association.
Irvine earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. During law school, he clerked for Judge Edward L. Hogshire of the 16th Circuit of Virginia. He holds a B.A. from Wake Forest University.
