Erin Ashwell is a partner at Woods Rogers in Roanoke, Virginia, where her practice focuses on appellate advocacy, critical motions practice and education law. She frequently appears in the Virginia appellate courts, with a focus on matters before the Supreme Court of Virginia. Her practice spans substantive areas, including complex business disputes, appeals in domestic matters and administrative appeals.
