Ethan P. Fallon
- Lecturer
Ethan P. Fallon specializes in appellate litigation as a member of Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe’s Supreme Court and appellate practice group. His research interests include criminal procedure, bioethics, privacy rights, education, and the intersection of law and technology.
Prior to working in private practice, Fallon served as a law clerk to Judge Denny Chin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Judge John Gleeson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and Justice Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar of the Supreme Court of California.
Fallon holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he served as senior editor of the UCLA Law Review, and a B.A. in philosophy from Pennsylvania State University. Before law school, he taught English and social studies at a middle school in East Palo Alto, California. Fallon teaches Introduction to American Law for LLM s at the Law School.
