Pamela Rosen

Pamela Rosen co-teaches the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Rosen is general counsel at Formation Capital, a leading private investment management firm focused on seniors housing and care and post-acute and health care real estate investments. In this capacity, Rosen provides legal counsel, guidance and strategic advice on all aspects of Formation’s operations. She is responsible for all of the legal affairs of the company. Prior to joining Formation Capital, Rosen worked in the corporate departments at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Williams Mullen. In those roles she represented private equity clients in connection with financing for mergers and acquisitions transactions and general corporate matters. Rosen is a volunteer with Resilience Education and recently was lead instructor of a four-month pilot program held at Beaumont Juvenile Detention Center. Rosen also volunteers with the Community Investment Collaborative. Before attending law school, Rosen was a Teach For America corps member. She taught sixth grade math in Miami, Florida.
