Pamela Rosen
- Lecturer
Pamela Rosen co-teaches the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Rosen is general counsel at Fermata Energy, a leading provider of V2X systems. Previously, she was general counsel at Formation Capital, a private investment management firm. Before moving in-house, Rosen worked in the corporate departments at several prominent law firms including Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She is an adviser to Resilience Education and the Public Housing Association of Residents. Before attending law school, Rosen was a Teach For America corps member. She taught sixth grade math in Miami, Florida.
