Allie Smith Hale

Allie Smith Hale works as a risk manager at JE Dunn Construction, where her responsibilities include procuring insurance and risk tools, ensuring compliance and handling risk training.
 
Prior to joining JE Dunn, Hale represented clients in corporate civil litigation as a trial associate at Baker Botts, LLP. Her practice spanned a variety of legal issues, including tort liability and complex contract issues. Hale devoted part of her work to pro bono service, and received the 2018 Pro Bono Award from the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. 
 
Hale received her degree from UVA Law in 2015. The University recognized her contributions to the Law School community with the Virginia Trial Lawyers Trial Advocacy Award and the National Association of Women Lawyers Award.
