Holly Harmuth Clement recently retired from the U.S. Department of Interior, where she was an attorney in the Office of the Solicitor, Indian Trust Litigation Office. She defended Interior clients — including the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Office of Special Trustee and the Office of Natural Resources Revenue — in breach of trust cases before the various district courts, the Court of Federal Claims, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the D.C. Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
