Xinh "Sing" T. Luu
- Librarian for International and Foreign Law
Xinh (pronounced "Sing") Luu joined the Law School in 1996 as librarian for international, foreign and comparative law. She teaches International/Foreign Legal Research and Graduate (LL.M.) Legal Research, Reasoning and Writing. Before coming to Virginia, she was a patent attorney and a petroleum engineer in Colorado.
