Adam Seid
- Director of Academic Services and Associate Registrar
Adam Seid is the director of academic services and associate registrar at the Law School. He earned his undergraduate degree in advertising with distinction and highest valedictory honors from the University of Georgia Grady School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Seid later completed his master’s degree in higher education administration at the University of Virginia, where he is currently completing his doctorate in university student affairs and administration. Seid’s research interests are rooted in educational policy, access and equity, with a specific focus on international education and study abroad. He has spent time in more than 70 countries.
After teaching at the secondary level in Atlanta, Seid served in academic and program operations roles for the Institute for Shipboard Education’s Semester at Sea program. He later worked in higher education consulting in Denver, Colorado. Most recently, Seid directed graduate admission and financial aid at the UVA School of Nursing.
