Sarah E. Davies
- Assistant Dean for Student Affairs
Sarah Davies heads the Student Affairs Office, and is responsible for providing a wide range of services to students, including managing new student orientation, supporting the Peer Advisor Program and other student organizations, assisting in making arrangements for disability accommodations, serving as a liaison with faculty, and providing assistance and support to individual students on an as-needed basis.
Before joining the Law School in 2014, Davies was a member in the Commercial Litigation Department in the Philadelphia office of Cozen O'Connor, where she also served as the chief legal administration partner. She handled a wide range of commercial cases, including complex class action defense, construction and real estate matters, and matters arising from business disputes and related business torts. In her administrative role, she had primary responsibility for managing the Legal Recruiting and Professional Development Department and previously served as the co-chair of the Cozen Women's Initiative, hiring partner, summer program director, and chair of the Diversity Committee. She began her legal career as a litigation associate in the Philadelphia office of Morgan Lewis & Bockius from 1991 to 1997.
