Sarah E. Davies

Sarah Davies heads the Student Affairs Office. She oversees referrals and resources for disability accommodations and offers academic support counseling and advising. She is the primary contact for law student emergencies/illnesses and personal support, manages the medical leave of absence process for students, and is a resource for Law School policies and procedures. Additionally, she contributes to the planning and implementation of commencement, orientation and student leadership development programs.

Before joining the Law School in 2014, Davies was a member in the Commercial Litigation Department in the Philadelphia office of Cozen O'Connor, where she also served as the chief legal administration partner. She handled a wide range of commercial cases, including complex class action defense, construction and real estate matters, and matters arising from business disputes and related business torts. In her administrative role, she had primary responsibility for managing the Legal Recruiting and Professional Development Department and previously served as the co-chair of the Cozen Women's Initiative, hiring partner, summer program director, and chair of the Diversity Committee. She began her legal career as a litigation associate in the Philadelphia office of Morgan Lewis & Bockius from 1991 to 1997.
