In conjunction with SBA’s Diversity Week and in recognition of Black History Month, the Law School’s Diversity, Equity and Belonging Committee will host a panel discussion with Black criminal law practitioners about how they have seen the themes raised in "The New Jim Crow" play out in their practice and their experiences. The panelists include Judge Angel Harris, Mike Herring ‘90, Adeola Ogunkeyede and Alanah Odoms. Professor Thomas Frampton will moderate the panel. While this is a part of the Common Read activities, it is not necessary to have read the book to attend or enjoy this discussion with experienced lawyers. Zoom details
