The Fight for Privacy: A Virtual Lecture Featuring Professor Danielle K. Citron

Professor Danielle K. Citron writes and teaches about privacy, free expression, and civil rights. She is the author of the book "Hate Crimes in Cyberspace" and has been deeply involved in reform efforts related to the regulation of online abuse and content platforms. Her second book, "The Fight for Privacy: Protecting Dignity, Identity, and Love in the Digital Age," will be published next year. She is the Jefferson Scholars Foundation Schenck Distinguished Professor in Law, the Caddell and Chapman Professor of Law, and the director of UVA Law's new LawTech Center. Dean Risa Goluboff will give a brief introduction.
