Law Student Advocacy Program Training Session
The Law Student Advocacy Program (LSAP) coordinates with the Virginia Department of Employment Dispute Resolution.
This partnership connects dismissed state employees with law students. Law students are then able to advocate for the employee throughout the state grievance process that seeks to resolve employment disputes, such as a disciplinary action or dismissal from work. Through LSAP students are given the opportunity to gain experience in a real employment law case. One pro bono hour will be awarded to students who attend the training and subsequently complete a project with LSAP.
