Course Description

This course explores cutting edge topics at the intersection of law and business with a focus on emerging business strategies, notable recent cases, and proposed regulatory reforms. It will also include frequent visits from guest lecturers who work in this area. Students will be selected for this course via an application process, and they should have already taken coursework in accounting, corporate finance, and corporations (at a minimum). The course is designed for students seeking a capstone experience in their law and business studies, and they will also complete a final research project for the class.
