Course Description

This course covers the statutory, regulatory and policy aspects of business and family-based immigration law. It focuses on business and family-based policies and procedures related to entering the United States as a nonimmigrant, obtaining lawful permanent resident status, and acquiring citizenship. As these substantive and procedural areas are covered, policy issues and considerations related to business and family-based immigration topics will also be discussed.
