Course Description

"Constitutional Originalism" examines both theory and practice of an originalist approach to constitutional theory. Combining lecture, discussion, and problems the goal of the course is to equip students to engage in originalist advocacy, judging, and scholarship.

Written Work Product: Evaluation will be based on (1) pass-fail short assignments, (2) at least one graded short assignment, and (3) a graded final written assignment. The graded final written assignment will be due via EXPO (deadline to be announced).
